Within minutes, Erika creates up to dozens of virtual brand ambassadors that promote the company to candidates exactly where they spend 2+ hours a day on social media. Quality candidates then land straight in the company’s inbox.
Typically a company in this position has two options: post on job portals, or hire a marketing agency. In 2026 the first no longer works, and the second is slow and expensive.
