Introducing Erika 2.0: a predictable pipeline of skilled blue-collar candidates

3 min read

Today we’re launching Erika 2.0 — the version of our platform that reliably finds candidates for skilled manual roles (truck drivers, electricians, CNC operators, and the rest) even faster than before.

When we first shipped our sourcing feature, we underestimated how much clients would come to rely on it. So we rebuilt it to be better.

What’s new

For every role, Erika now takes your budget and creates a small cast of realistic-looking AI creators on the spot. They promote the position across social media — Facebook and Instagram — where your candidates already spend their time. When someone is interested, they apply right there, leaving their contact details and a few facts about themselves.

That’s the whole loop: you describe the role and a budget, Erika produces the creators and the campaign, and qualified applicants land in your inbox.

The results from clients have been phenomenal — not just the volume, but the predictability of the candidate flow.

Why it costs a fraction of the alternative

Because Erika is an AI agent, we can compress a service that marketing agencies bill at tens to hundreds of thousands of crowns down to a few thousand — including the ad spend on social. That lands us below the price of traditional job portals, with a far better funnel.

In other words: agency-grade social recruiting, at less than job-board prices, with no marketing department in the loop.

What’s next

We have several big improvements already in the pipeline that we’ll be sharing soon. If you hire for skilled manual roles, this is the moment to try it — we’d love your feedback.
